John 19:34 But one of the soldiers struck him on his side with his spear, and at once blood and water issued forth.

John 19:28-37 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

28After these things Yeshua knew that everything had been finished, and that the scripture may be fulfilled, he said, "I thirst." 29And a vessel had been set full of vinegar, but they filled a sponge from the vinegar and placed it on hyssop and they put it near to his mouth. 30When he took the vinegar, Yeshua said, "Behold, it is finished." And he bowed his head and gave up his Spirit.

31But the Judeans, because it was evening, they were saying, "These bodies will not pass the night on their crosses, because the Sabbath day is approaching", for it was a great Sabbath day. And they sought from Pilate to break the legs of those who had been crucified, and they would be taken away. 32And the soldiers came and they broke the legs of the first and of the other who was crucified with him. 33When they came to Yeshua, they saw that he had died already and they did not break his legs. 34But one of the soldiers struck him on his side with his spear, and at once blood and water issued forth. 35And he who saw testified and his testimony is true and he knows that he spoke the truth so that you also may believe. 36For these things happened that the scripture should be fulfilled that says, "Not a bone of him will be broken", 37And another scripture again, that says, "They shall gaze at him whom they pierced through."

19 Pilate also wrote a sign and put it on the execution stake. It was written, “YESHUA HA-NATZRATI, THE KING OF THE JEWS.” 20 Many Judeans read this sign, because the place where Yeshua was executed was near the city; it was written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek.

21 The ruling kohanim of the Judeans were saying to Pilate, “Don’t write, ‘The King of the Jews,’ but that He said, ‘I am King of the Jews.’”

22 “What I have written, I have written,” Pilate answered.

  • YHWH/Yeshua/Torah: The Red Sea Crossing Discovery

    Exodus 14

“ADONAI spoke to Moses saying, “Speak to Bnei-Yisrael, so that they turn back and encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea. You are to camp by the sea, opposite Baal-zephon. Pharaoh will say concerning Bnei-Yisrael, ‘They are wandering aimlessly in the land—the wilderness has shut them in!’ I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, so he will follow after them. Then I will be glorified over Pharaoh along with all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am ADONAI.” So they did so. When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his servants had a change of heart toward the people, and they said, “What is this we have done, that we let Israel go from serving us?” So he prepared his chariots and took his people with him. He took 600 of the finest chariots, along with all other chariots of Egypt, and captains over them. ADONAI hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, so he pursued Bnei-Yisrael, for Bnei-Yisrael went out with a high hand. But the Egyptians pursued them with all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, as well as his charioteers and his army, and overtook them as they were encamped by the sea, beside Pi-hahiroth opposite Baal-zephon. When Pharaoh drew near, Bnei-Yisrael lifted up their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them! So they were terrified, and Bnei-Yisrael cried out to ADONAI. They said to Moses, “Have you taken us away to die in the wilderness because there were no graves in Egypt? Why have you dealt this way with us, to bring us out of Egypt? Did we not say to you in Egypt, ‘Let us alone, so that we may serve the Egyptians?’ It was better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the wilderness!” But Moses said to the people, “Don’t be afraid! Stand still, and see the salvation of ADONAI, which He will perform for you today. You have seen the Egyptians today, but you will never see them again, ever! ADONAI will fight for you, while you hold your peace.” Then ADONAI said to Moses, “Why are you crying to Me? Tell Bnei-Yisrael to go forward. Lift up your staff, stretch out your hand over the sea, and divide it. Then Bnei-Yisrael will go into the midst of the sea on dry ground. Then I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they will go in after them, so that I will be glorified over Pharaoh and all his army, his chariots and his horsemen. Then the Egyptians will know that I am ADONAI, when I have been glorified over Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen.” Then the angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them. Also the pillar of cloud moved from in front and stood behind them, and so came between the camp of Egypt and the camp of Israel—there was the cloud and the darkness over here, yet it gave light by night over there—neither one came near the other all night long. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. ADONAI drove the sea back with a strong east wind throughout the night and turned the sea into dry land. So the waters were divided. Then Bnei-Yisrael went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, while the waters were like walls to them on their right and on their left. But the Egyptians pursued and went in after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots and his horsemen. Now it came about during the morning watch that ADONAI looked at the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud and caused the army of the Egyptians to panic. He took off their chariot wheels and caused them to drive heavily, so that the Egyptians said, “Get away from the presence of Israel! For ADONAI fights for them against the Egyptians!” Then ADONAI said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea, so that the waters come back upon the Egyptians, over their chariots and their horsemen.” So Moses stretched his hand out over the waters, and the sea returned to its strength at the break of dawn. The Egyptians were fleeing from it, but ADONAI overthrew them in the midst of the sea. The waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen and the entire army of Pharaoh that went after them into the sea. Not one of them remained. But Bnei-Yisrael had walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were like walls to them on their right hand and on their left. So ADONAI saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore. When Israel saw the great work that ADONAI did over the Egyptians, the people feared ADONAI, and they believed in ADONAI and in His servant Moses.”.    Exodus‬ ‭14:1-31‬ ‭TLV‬‬

  • YHWH/Yeshua/Torah: 30 shekels of silver

    30 silver coins
    Shabbat Shalom!

Interesting! I enjoy reading and checking all versions:

“If the ox gores a male or female slave, its owner must give their master twelve ounces of silver; and the ox is to be stoned to death.” ‭‭Sh'mot (Exo)‬ ‭21:32‬ ‭CJB‬‬

“If the ox gores a male or female slave, he is to pay 30 shekels of silver to their master, and the ox is to be stoned.” Exodus‬ ‭21:32‬ ‭TLV

Today’s Parsha #18: Mishpatim (The Judgments) Exodus 21:1-24:18

    Andrew Roth:
KESEF SHLOSHIM SHKALIM (21:32) = 30 silver shekels. Ironically, the price for the accidental death of a slave is the same price paid to Yehuda to betray Y’shua! So, when Y’shua said, “He who would great among you must become a servant”, in a sense this literally applied to himself, as he humbled himself and was sold to death for the price of a servant.

HalleluYAH! I study on sold for silver into the hands of Gentiles also Jews:

    Genesis 37:28 TLV
“When some men, Midianite merchants, passed by, they dragged Joseph up and out of the pit and they sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for 20 pieces of silver, and they brought Joseph to Egypt.”

    Matthew 26:14-16
“Then one of the Twelve, who was called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said, “What are you willing to give me if I hand him over to you?” They paid him thirty pieces of silver, and from that time on he looked for an opportunity to hand him over.”

    Matthew 26 have commentary:

    Matthew 26:14-15:
The Betrayal by Judas Isacirot. The motive of avarice is introduced by Judas's question about the price for betrayal, which is absent in the Marcan source (Mark 14:10-11). Hand him over: the same Greek verb is used to express the saving purpose of God by which Jesus is handed over to death (Matthew 17:22, 20:18, 26:2) and the human malacie that hands him over. Thirty pieces of silver: the price of the betrayal is found only in Matthew. It is derived from Zechariah 11:12 where it is the wages paid to the rejected shepherd, a cheap price (Zechariah 11:13). That amount is also the compensation paid to one whose slave has been gored by an ox. Exodus 21:32.

    May YHWH bless you.

    Shabbat Shalom!

In Matthew 1 about Mary (Miriam):

    The Miraculous Birth of Yeshua

18 Now the birth of Yeshua the Messiah happened this way. When His mother Miriam was engaged to Joseph but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Ruach ha-Kodesh. 19 And Joseph her husband, being a righteous man and not wanting to disgrace her publicly, made up his mind to dismiss her secretly. 20 But while he considered these things, behold, an angel of Adonai appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Miriam as your wife, for the Child conceived in her is from the Ruach ha-Kodesh. 21 She will give birth to a son; and you shall call His name Yeshua, for He will save His people from their sins."

22 Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by Adonai through the prophet, saying, 23 "Behold, the virgin shall conceive and give birth to a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel," which means "God with us."[f]

24 When Joseph woke up from his sleep, he did as the angel of Adonai commanded him and took Miriam as his wife. 25 But he did not know her intimately until she had given birth to a Son. And he called His name Yeshua.

About Yeshua haMashiyach was born on the 1st day of Sukkot time:

Mary (Miriam) was conceived during the Chanukah days, and 9 months later Yeshua was born on Sukkot. Yeshua is the Light of World.

On Luke 2 Chapter about Joseph (Yosef):

    https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+2&version=TLV

Truthfully, this is very powerful witness tool the Good News in Yeshua haMashiyach:

In Luke 2:1 the key: tax (census/decree)

Tax time during the Sukkot Festival. Sukkot is in September/October.

    Yeshua's Birth in Bethelem:

1How it happened in those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus to register all the world's inhabitants.

In Luke 2:4 shows Bethelem means "House of Bread":

4 Now Joseph also went up from the Galilee, out of the town of Natzeret to Judah, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was from the house and family of David. [a] 5 He went to register with Miriam, who was engaged to him and was pregnant.

6 But while they were there, the time came for her to give birth— 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped Him in strips of cloth and set Him down in a manger, since there was no room for them in the inn.

    Footnote:

    [a] Luke 2:5 cf. Micah 5:1 (2).

    The Refiner's Fire:

Bethelem is only about 5 miles from Jerusalem and so Y'shua was born there because no room at the inn. The Bethlehem means "House of Bread", with the strong connotation of House Of Battle. And as we all know Y'shua is the "Bread of Life" (John 6:43-51).

    https://www.therefinersfire.org/yeshuas_birthday.htm

In Luke 2:7 shows "crowd" people: Tax same time Sukkot Festival - there were no room in the inn.

6 But while they were there, the time came for her to give birth— 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped Him in strips of cloth and set Him down in a manger, since there was no room for them in the inn.

How do we all know "manger" refers Sukkot?

"manger" means tabernacle, booth, shelter, hut, encamp, tent, temporary reside, pavillion, cottage, ..........

    Sukkah is the singular.

    Sukkot is the plural.

The Key: The Scriptures 1998 and TLV

John 1:14And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent1 among us, and we saw His esteem, esteem as of an only brought-forth of a father, complete in favour and truth.

    pitched His tent:

Footnote:  1An indication that His birth was during the Festival of Booths.

    John 1:14 TLV

14 And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us. We looked upon His glory,[b] the glory of the one and only[c] from the Father, full of grace and truth.

    Footnote:

    [b] John 1:14 cf. Exodus 40:34

Exodus 40:34 TLV Glory Fills the Tabernacle

34 Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of Adonai filled the Tabernacle.

Leviticus 23: YHWH & His Seven Feasts

    In Luke 2:8:

Now there were shepherds in the same region, living out in the fields and guarding their flock at night.

True story about "flock" were around the night. From October 15 to March 15 in the East.

In ancient times as today, shepherds brought their flocks in from the fields and penned them in shelters not later than the middle of October! This was necessary to protect them from the cold, rainy season that usually followed that date. (The Bible itself makes it clear that winter in Israel is a rainy season; see Ezra 10:9, 13; Song of Solomon 2:11.)

Check my old video in December 3, 2011 about the shepherds who take care of sheep from Passover (March/April) to October 15:

Luke 2 Chapter is the powerful key for the shepherds who take care of sheep.

Real story about shepherds who take care of sheep from Passover to October 15 in Palestine:
"It's a well...-known fact that December falls in the middle of the rainy season in Palestine, and the sheep were kept in the fold at that time of the year." (Refer to Ezra 10:9-13, Song of Solomon 2:11, which show winter as the rainy season and shepherds could not be out on the cold, open fields at night with their sheep.)

"The shepherds always corralled their flocks from October to April. They brought their sheep from the mountainsides and the fields no later than October 15 to protect them from the cold, rainy season that followed that date. So the birth of Mashiyach (Messiah) could not have taken place at the end of December."

Yeshua was not born on Christmas Day (December 25). Yeshua was born during the Sukkot (September/October) according these scripture verses.
